I am a partner who is in charge of the transaction team. I specialize in capital market transactions, business and corporate law.

I have many years of experience gained during projects carried out both on the sellers' side and on the side of entities making capital and financial investments. I have advised on mergers and acquisitions and joint venture projects, providing comprehensive legal support including due diligence and post-transaction advisory, including restructuring of acquired assets and implementation of management incentive schemes.

Understanding clients' goals and needs allows me to be an effective and trusted advisor in their day-to-day operations as well. My experience also helps me to effectively conduct negotiations in other areas of my clients' businesses, including with their customers, suppliers or financing institutions.

During my career to date, I have advised clients in many industries, including apparel, construction, IT, healthcare, HR, logistics, and energy.

Przemysław Grzywaczewski

I specialize in construction investment law, contract law and antitrust.

During over a dozen years of my professional career, I have conducted many projects in the area of consultancy in the creation and negotiation of commercial contracts, as well as I have dealt with complex advisory in the field of real estate trade and management. I have been a member of teams and have led construction investment processes on numerous occasions. I supported the infrastructure and maintenance departments by assisting with projects to implement production, procurement of process lines, machinery, equipment and utilities.

I also provide corporate advice, including on the processes of transforming and merging commercial companies and participate as legal advisor in the processes of liquidating business entities. Many of my projects involve competition and consumer protection issues - including agreements between entrepreneurs. I assist clients in establishing general terms of sale and purchase of goods in B2B trade.

I have provided both day-to-day consulting and comprehensive projects for companies in the construction and equipment (including bathroom fittings), cosmetics, paper, chemicals and electronics segments, as well as for companies involved in office equipment, playgrounds and outdoor gyms, and photovoltaics.

Agnieszka Kubis

I specialize in the areas of business law, corporate law and intellectual property rights.

I provide ongoing support in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with respect to intellectual property rights, including agreements governing the transfer of copyrights, licenses and implementation agreements. I support clients in negotiations with stakeholders of a particular project. I provide legal support and advice in resolving and handling disputes related to ongoing business projects.

My professional practice also focuses on the practical aspects of combating unfair competition and personal data protection, as part of which I have been providing comprehensive legal advice to entrepreneurs in the IT, manufacturing (in the electronics, cosmetics, furniture and construction segments) and HR industries, among others.

I support clients running e-commerce businesses in both B2B and B2C.

I represent clients and advise them on ongoing corporate advisory matters and on complex projects aimed at changing the structure and legal form of their business.

In my practice I focus on getting to know the client's needs, the environment in which they work and providing safe solutions tailored to their needs.
